SEB Annual Conference Antwerp 2025

The Society for Experimental Biology’s Annual Conference is celebrated for creating the perfect composition of research, new discoveries and collaborative connections. Be creative and innovative by exchanging ideas and knowledge with masters of biology from all over the world.
This year’s conference will be held in Antwerp, Belgium, at the stunning Flanders Meeting & Convention Center, uniquely situated within the historic Antwerp ZOO, offering a truly inspiring setting where science meets nature, from 8th to 11th July 2025, and there is just one week left to register for this conference. Don't miss your opportunity to join over 750 scientists from around the world for a few days of cutting-edge science and collaboration.
What past attendees say:
- "An inspiring environment to meet researchers at all stages."
- "Amazing speakers and friendly atmosphere."
- "Best place to present my work and grow my network."
Each year at our Annual Conference, we honour George Parker Bidder and Harold Woolhouse with two key Plenary Lectures. These lectures, along with the Cell Biology Plenary Lecture, are given by scientists prominent in their field and are nominated by the committees of their respective sections.
The Society for Experimental Biology would like to thank all sponsors for their generous support of this year’s Conference and all exhibitors for joining us at this year's conference in Antwerps, especially The Jan IngenHousz Institute and Plant Biotechnology Journal.
Whether you're into animal, plant or cell biology, the SEB Annual Conference is where disciplines meet and ideas spark. We very much look forward to seeing you there.
